Release Notes:

1. LDAS software has been configured using XIO-based Tcl socket for data communication.

2. XIO-based Tcl socket has the following features:
   • Both non-GSI and GSI data communication are supported
   • With GSI, data is encrypted and digitally signed
   • With GSI, peer X.509 subject name can be queried
   • Both service certificates and host certificates are supported

3. Globus FTP Control package has been completed.
